These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ChurchFind, operated by Techscending LLC. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ChurchFind provides a platform for discovering, exploring, and connecting with churches. You may use the service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Church information on ChurchFind is sourced from public data and verified church administrators. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is current or complete. Church administrators are solely responsible for the accuracy of their submitted profiles and content.
By submitting a review or other content, you grant ChurchFind a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote that content on our platform. Reviews must reflect genuine first-hand experiences. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our community standards.
Church administrator subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 30 days.
All content, trademarks, and materials on ChurchFind — including the name, logo, and design — are the property of Techscending LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
ChurchFind is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techscending LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ChurchFind.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, binding arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes. Your continued use of ChurchFind after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
